Dr Ní Shé excels in fostering collaboration among policymakers, healthcare professionals, and academics, with a focus on improving care and leadership in healthcare. She is a Senior Lecturer at the RCSI Graduate School of Healthcare Management (GSM) and programme director of the MSc in Healthcare Management.
