Dr Faateh Khan, RCSI Bahrain Graduate Class of 2021 and Foundation Year 2 Doctor at Queen Elizabeth Hospital in the United Kingdom said the following about his RSM membership:

"The membership with the Royal Society of Medicine provides a wealth of resources for medical students and junior doctors alike. Their regular newsletters provide details on various courses in different specialties, many of which are free for members to attend, as well as entry to writing competitions with modest cash prizes. These are invaluable for pursuing personal interests, professional development, completing portfolios and boosting CVs. I most recently attended one of their lecture series on adapting to being a junior doctor and approaching acute medical presentations in a typical NHS setting, which I found very informative and well-presented. In addition, the membership provides access to a multitude of medical journals and databases, grants entry to their stylish hotel and library in central London, as well as provides discounts with their partner companies on a variety of everyday commodities."
