Each session explores an aspect of leadership, culture, and change, and features insights from a senior healthcare leader. Together, the series offers a holistic view of what it means to lead in today’s complex healthcare environment.
Each virtual session lasts three hours, with additional reading provided to support and extend learning.

To complete the course, participants are expected to attend the live sessions. Optional asynchronous content is available to deepen learning and engagement.
Participants must attend a minimum of three live sessions to receive an RCSI Certificate of Participation.
Participants will receive an RCSI Certificate of Completion. This is a non-credit-bearing course.
Admissions
There are no entry requirements, and no formal application review is needed. Once your application is submitted and your fee has been paid successfully, your seat will be confirmed on your course.
Introductory bursary: for a limited time only, the fee for this course is €1,250.
Note: RCSI accepts no obligation to refund any fee, or part thereof, in respect of a participant who chooses to withdraw from or does not complete a course.
