About
The Healthcare Change and Quality Improvement micro-credential is an applicable module that will ensure scholars have the necessary skills and competencies to implement healthcare change and quality management frameworks into your clinical practice.
This module will also introduce scholars to the concept of lean healthcare. Following Day 2, the team will have an action plan to characterise and investigate the process opportunities.
This course is aligned to Level 9 on the Irish National Framework of Qualifications.
Suitable for
This micro-credential is suitable for all healthcare professionals including surgeons, physicians, anesthesiologists, emergency medicine doctors, obstetricians, pharmacists, nurses and midwives, as well as quality managers.

Admissions
To be eligible, you must hold a Bachelor of Medicine (MB) or a primary degree in a health and social sciences field.

-Employment information – job title/level/location.
-Proof of sponsorship (where applicable).
-Evidence of English-language qualification (where applicable).
Course fees: €1,100.
