In the midst of a busy practice, it can be difficult to consider the ethical and legal implications of the care we provide to patients.

The MSc in Healthcare Ethics and Law provided the historical background and a current framework in which to consider the ever-evolving relationship between patients and their healthcare providers and the wider role of health and social care in contemporary society.

The lectures were stimulating and the group discussions were always highly enlightening while also enjoyable. The course faculty and RCSI staff were excellent, always approachable and helpful.

The course ranged widely and the supplied reading materials which were comprehensive while the workload was relevant and manageable.
