In response to the challenge of COVID-19, RCSI professional exams, scheduled to take place up to the end of August 2020, both in Ireland and at overseas venues, will not take place.
As soon as is practical, RCSI will reschedule the exam dates and notify all candidates who have been impacted.
At this point, it is difficult to confirm when the next sitting will take place but we expect this to be from September at the earliest. We will keep candidates updated if any changes to this timeline occur.
- In relation to the RCSI exams in dentistry, candidates are asked to refer to the Faculty of Dentistry website for the most up-to-date information.
- Information relating to intercollegiate FRCS exams can be found at the JCIE or JSCFE websites.
All candidates have been contacted directly by a member of our team and will be offered a full refund of fees paid or a transfer to the next available examination sitting. If you have not been contacted, please get in touch by email.
We will automatically take into account any effect this may have on time limitations to complete the exam. Affected candidates will not be disadvantaged by this delay in undertaking their exam.
