The Alumni Gathering 2022 - your RCSI Reunion, will take place on the 18 - 20 August 2022. Online registration will open early in 2022 but we would advise that you look into your travel and accommodation requirements now as there are numerous events taking place in Dublin over the course of next summer.

RCSI – Past, Present and Future

  • Dr Erika Keane (Class of 1987) from the Association of Medical and Dental Graduates welcomes you to the virtual Alumni Gathering 2021 and introduces a short reflection of RCSI's past, present and future. Professor Ronan O'Connell, President of RCSI, speaks to the history of RCSI and Professor Cathal Kelly, CEO of RCSI, brings viewers up to date on present-day RCSI. The welcome concludes with Professor Hannah McGee, Dean of RCSI, looking ahead to future developments planned for RCSI.

  • Professor Clive Lee, RCSI Professor of Anatomy, is joined by Professor Camilla Carroll (Class of 1985), Mr Parnell Keeling (Class of 1974) and current RCSI student Anna Whitaker to reflect on the experience of card signings – a rite of passage for all!

  • RCSI Association of Medical and Dental Graduates present the Distinguished Graduate Award on an annual basis. This year's recipient is Professor Aubrey Morrison (Class of 1970).

Physiotherapy Panel – Leadership during COVID-19

  • Dr Helen French from the School of Physiotherapy sat down (virtually!) with Cliona Blake (Class of 2009) and Sarah O'Driscoll (Class of 2003). As part of their discussion, the trio focused on leadership displayed within physiotherapy during the pandemic.
