The Fellows, Members and Diplomates Conferring will take place on Monday, 1 July 2024. 

Graduations are a highlight in the RCSI calendar. It is a special and proud occasion for us to celebrate with you and your families and friends.

The schedule and format of the conferring will be confirmed in 2024. Please note there may be more than one ceremony on this date.

The Conferring groups for this ceremony will include: 

• Fellowship, Membership and Diplomas of the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland  
• Fellowship of the Faculty of Radiologists and Radiation Oncologists  
• Fellowship, Membership and Diplomas of the Faculty of Dentistry  
• Fellowship and Membership of the Faculty of Sports and Exercise Medicine RCPI & RCSI 
• Fellowship in Urgent Care Medicine

Academic dress

A Conferring gown will be provided by RCSI for you, free of charge for the ceremony, please ensure you return the gown before you leave.

Photography

Lafayette Photographers will be located onsite to take professional individual and family portraits. Please visit their website to pre-book. Pre-booking is highly recommended for your photography session.

The Conferring will be recorded and uploaded to the RCSI YouTube channel within two weeks following the ceremony.

Strictly RCSI photographers only. No other photographers will be permitted to enter the Conferring Hall.

A live stream of the conferring ceremony will be available for friends and family to watch around the world.
