The programme will explore how positive psychology can contribute to addressing some of the most significant challenges facing society today, including population health, health inequalities, climate change and the growing burden of non-communicable diseases. Discussions will also examine the relationship between mind and body, with a particular focus on how psychological and biological factors interact to influence health and well-being across the lifespan.

The conference features keynote presentations from internationally recognised experts including Professor John Cryan, Professor Carol D. Ryff, and many more.

Professor Elaine Byrne, Associate Professor and Director of the RCSI Centre for Positive Health Sciences, said: "We are delighted to be bringing the European Conference on Positive Psychology to Dublin. The theme of this year's conference 'Body Meets Mind: Positive Psychology and Health for Everyone' reflects the growing recognition of the close relationship between physical, mental, social and spiritual well-being."

"We look forward to welcoming delegates from around the world to Dublin for four days of scientific exchange, collaboration and discussion, and I encourage anyone interested in exploring how well-being can be supported and enhanced across diverse settings and populations to register and join us."

Alongside keynote lectures and scientific presentations, the conference will include workshops, panel discussions and opportunities for debate on emerging issues shaping the future of positive psychology research and practice. Special sessions for early-career researchers will provide practical guidance on conducting rigorous and impactful research.
