This workshop is run in conjunction with the Medical Protection Society (MPS) and is held on-site in RCSI, Dublin 2.
This course provides you with skills to combat the common causes of complaints and claims. In particular, this workshop highlights the importance of recognising patient expectations when an adverse outcome occurs, and how failing to address them increases the risk of patients turning elsewhere for answers and accountability.
This course is suitable for SHOs and registrars in all surgical specialties and emergency medicine doctors.
