RCSI named one of Ireland’s Best Places to Work 2025 by The Sunday Times
For the second consecutive year, RCSI has been announced as one of Ireland’s Best Places to Work 2025 by The Sunday Times Ireland, in partnership with WorkL.
This national recognition celebrates organisations across the country that excel in creating workplaces where employees feel valued, supported and empowered. The accolade highlights RCSI’s ongoing commitment to building an inclusive, purpose-driven and people-first culture.
The Sunday Times Ireland Best Places to Work 2025 list was officially published on Friday, 11 July, spotlighting top employers across all industries and company sizes. RCSI was selected following its outstanding performance in a comprehensive nationwide workplace survey conducted by WorkL.
The survey measured key indicators of workplace engagement and well-being through a rigorous framework developed by behavioural scientists, psychologists and business leaders.
Organisations were evaluated reward and Recognition; instilling pride; information sharing; empowerment; well-being, and job satisfaction.
RCSI demonstrated consistently high scores in each of these areas, affirming its position as a leading employer committed to fostering an enriching and supportive environment for all staff.
