With the widespread adoption of quality initiatives in Irish healthcare, it is imperative for all staff working within the emergency department and surgery have a hands-on understanding of QI tools, techniques and methodologies.
These tools and techniques have been successfully used in many hospitals to improve the working experience of staff and the overall experience of the patient.
This course is designed for NCHDs working in the health service, but is also equally applicable to multi-disciplinary team members who support the NCHDs within hospitals.
