RCSI has fully endorsed the principles of the European Commission’s European Charter for Researchers and Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers (Charter & Code). Our ongoing commitments and actions to deliver on the four key pillars of ethical and professional aspects, recruitment, training, and working conditions and social security, has resulted in RCSI being awarded the HR Excellence In Research Award since 2014.
