RCSI researchers are using new biomaterials and novel processes to develop medical devices and other healthcare technologies which will be used to treat a variety of injuries and diseases.

Pioneering research
Our research teams apply their specific expertise in cell biology, pharmaceutics, gene therapy and advanced 3D printing/manufacturing to design and develop new therapies, medical devices and biomaterials such as innovative implantable platforms for the regeneration/reconstruction of damaged tissue.
