Summary

This programme aims to equip healthcare and public health professionals with a foundational understanding of artificial intelligence (AI) and its applications in clinical and population health settings.

Participants will be empowered to critically assess AI-driven solutions in their respective fields, ensuring they remain not just participants but leaders in the future of healthcare

The programme runs over 12 weeks and is led subject experts. Weekly live sessions will be held online every Wednesday evening from 7-8.30pm, offering a consistent and accessible learning experience.

Learning outcomes

On successful completion of this programme, the participant will be able to:

  • Understand the fundamentals of AI and its relevance to healthcare and public health.
  • Identify and evaluate the potential applications and limitations of AI in clinical and public health contexts.
  • Develop an awareness of the ethical, legal, and regulatory implications of AI in healthcare.
  • Acquire skills to assess and critically appraise AI-based tools and technologies.
