Compassion Cultivation Training for Irish Healthcare

Summary

This global programme tailored specifically for Irish healthcare workers, uses insights from psychology, neuroscience and contemplative practice to offer practical skills, tools and knowledge to help participants develop compassion skills for use both personally and professionally.

The online programme takes place over eight weeks. Learning resources will be available to participants on the Compassion Institute’s learning community page which participants gain exclusive access to.

Online classes take place and through a combination of evidence-based meditation techniques, interactive discussions and lectures as well as real-world exercises put into practice.
