Faculty of Nursing and Midwifery

Summary

The aim of this programme is to enhance the skills of C-suite executives and senior decision makers by maximising their potential and fostering healthy and productive cultures in their professional and personal lives. Using a series of targeted tools and interventions, the programme provides a structured framework for self-assessment which identifies individual leadership tendencies, fosters proficient communication, and guides leaders towards a growth mindset – ultimately empowering them to become exceptional leaders capable of driving and delivering positive change within the modern healthcare milieu.

The programme is delivered over a six-month period via a blend of engaging, enjoyable and interactive live online coaching sessions (one hour, every other week) with Annree Wogan, a global leadership coach. The programme leverages a cutting-edge digital leadership platform, combining high-impact leadership videos with strategically designed learning activities.

Built with the demands of senior leaders in mind, the experience is intentionally energising and results-driven. Weekly learning segments are concise and focused allowing participants the flexibility to engage at their convenience over a seven-day cycle, without compromising their professional or personal commitments. Drawing on the knowledge and expertise of the participants a key component of the programme is the sharing of experiences in a confidential space made up of 8-10 CEOs affording the opportunity to build informal support networks.
