Educator of the Year Award

To be offered to a graduate who has demonstrated excellence in teaching.

Eligibility and Selection Criteria:

• The candidate must be a graduate of RCSI Bahrain.
• The candidate must be in good standing with the University.
• The candidate cannot be in full time contract with RCSI Bahrain at the time of the application for this award.
• It is preferred that the graduate holds a teaching position.
• Teaching activities at RCSI Bahrain or elsewhere (e.g. PAL/GPAL/NPAL programmes, alumni tutors, alumni talk(s) delivered.
• List of awards demonstrating excellence in teaching must be provided (if applicable) OR teaching dossier with feedback, or report from UMED/PGME.
• No more than one candidate should be selected each academic year.

Condition: Alumni Can Apply for this Award More than Once.

Nominations – January to February.

Alumni Awards Committee meeting and final decision in February/March.
