RCSI has a proven track-record of collaborating with higher education institutions, industry partners and professional training bodies to adapt experiential simulation-based learning to our partners’ needs.
One such example is our collaboration with the Dublin Fire Brigade, which was an early adopter of RCSI’s facilities and technology to deliver their paramedic training. Through this partnership, Dublin Fire Brigade teams gain valuable and critical experiential learning particularly in the area of obstetrics.
We also collaborate nationally and internationally with clinical specialties and industry, including many leading medical equipment manufacturers, in designing courses, practical execution and assessments.
"At Olympus Medical Systems, we focus on improving patient care quality every day. We do this through developing and designing world-leading, clinically-advanced, precision technologies and services. By focusing on early detection and minimally invasive treatment of a broad range of diseases, our mutual mission is to improve patient outcomes, minimise discomfort, and accelerate the recovery process. Our partnership with RCSI is based on our shared vision and common values. Working with this world-class third level institution ensures the safe and proper use of our technologies that improves patient outcomes."
