Beaumont Lodge Transitional Care Unit, located in Artane, Dublin 5, is a modern, purpose-built step-down facility operated by Bartra Healthcare in partnership with the HSE. As one of Ireland’s largest transitional care centres, it provides short-term, high-quality care for up to 221 patients requiring additional support before safely returning home or transferring to another community rehabilitation service or residential centre.
Specialising in reablement, convalescence, and rehabilitation, Beaumont Lodge delivers a structured, person-centred service focused on restoring independence and enabling safe, timely discharge. The centre operates under contract with the HSE and adheres to HIQA’s National Standards for Safer Better Healthcare, ensuring quality, governance, and patient safety.
