Core Specialist Training (CSTEM)


Exams

During CSTEM, you will be required to take and pass two exams – the Fellowship Exam of the Royal College of Emergency Medicine (FRCEM) Primary and FRCEM Intermediate Certificate.

The primary exam may be taken in the year after qualification. The Intermediate Certificate exam may be taken up to three years after qualification (including the intern year) and includes a question paper and a situational judgement paper.
